The Opus 3 Trio is unique in its rare combination of flute, cello and piano, coupled with repertoire consisting of Classical works and arrangements of South American folk music; composers such as Piazzolla, Ramirez, Requena, Ariani and Bragato as well as specially commissioned works.

The members of the Opus 3 Trio successfully blend their formal musical training with the flavors and styles of Latin American Music. Their performances exhibit technical virtuosity, energy, rich and beautiful sonorities and spontaneity. The trio has received wide critical and public acclaim.

The ensemble has performed at music festivals including; 4ta. Cimeira Internacional do Musica, Lisbon; Schleswig Holstein; Spoleto; Shawnigang, Canada; Kfar Blum, Israel; Festival Viva el Tango, Montevideo and Festival Internacional de Tango, Buenos Aires.

In July, 2000 the Opus 3 Trio appeared in a special concert, at the invitation of Maestro Zubin Mehta, with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra at the Mann Auditorium in Tel Aviv.
